Return & Exchange Policy
Items returned at the store at the time of pickup within 7 days from original invoicing are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Items returned between 8- 14 days from original invoicing will be refunded in the form of an Grande Prairie Powersports gift card or exchange. No returns after 14 days.
Final sale items that are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Special Order Items, Avalanche Bags, Beacons, and Helmets
- Clearance Items
Returned items must show no signs of wear or damage
- All parts and accessories must be in original packaging, unopened, uninstalled, and resalable
- All clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags intact
- All licensed items must be in original packaging and resalable
- The original invoice is required to process a return or exchange.

In-store returns for online purchases are free and accepted at all locations. Please provide your order number.
If returning by mail, you are responsible for the arrangement and payment of all shipping costs.
